Restrictions

4. Standard Terms

We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware, software or systems failures or malfunctions, nor for any unavailable, lost or interrupted, network connections which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. We will use our records to determine whether any entries have been validly made.
10. In the event that any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Lottoland which prevents Lottoland from complying with these terms and conditions then we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations for the period of such act, event or circumstance.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of Gibraltar. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of Gibraltar.
