1. Applies to pre-match singles and multi bets on correct score markets when indicated by the Bore Draw symbol. If the game finishes 0-0, we will refund your stake if the bet loses.
    
2. In relation to multi-bets, if you predict the correct score of an individual event, the selection will be settled as a win. If the full-time result of a match, which qualifies for the bore draw promotion, is 0-0, then the selection is settled as void. Any other incorrect scores will be settled as lost. Any void selections will be removed from your bet and the total odds recalculated.
    
3. In-play bets do not qualify for this offer.
    
4. Cashed-out bets will not qualify for this offer.
    
5. Any stakes due to be returned will be as soon as possible after the settlement of your bet.

 

Restrictions

1. We prohibit certain types of play which are a breach of these terms and conditions where and whenever players attempt them and whether or not such attempts prove successful. These prohibited types of play include the following:-

(a) Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that seeks to minimise the normal risks or odds of a game, spin or bet, including overall funds risk on any promo, play or bet).

(b) Using more than one account in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer.

(c) Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others. This includes taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.

2. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

3. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and/or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own, or any other automated means, in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, then that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize or bonus award will be void.

4. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) prior to completion of wagering requirements, if any, or (where applicable) the award of any prize (other than bonus funds), then bonus funds in relation to the former are forfeited and in respect of the latter then reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method within a reasonable time period in relation to any live entries at time of closure.

5. Lottoland excludes any and all liability to participants for any loss, damage, disappointment, injury or loss of enjoyment, expectancy, or amenity, suffered by, or connected to, any player entering any of its Promotions, except in relation to death or personal injury or other liability which it cannot exclude by law.

(a) By giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other significant reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems, we use to provide this promotion, or we identify any significant mistake or error in this promotion or the terms on which it is offered).

(b) We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion
 

8. If Lottoland across its networks find that you have used more than one account to participate, then any promotional amount or bonus earned on the duplicate account(s) will be cancelled.

9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware, software or systems failures or malfunctions, nor for any unavailable, lost or interrupted, network connections which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. We will use our records to determine whether any entries have been validly made.

10. In the event that any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Lottoland which prevents Lottoland from complying with these terms and conditions then we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations for the period of such act, event, or circumstance.

11. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of Gibraltar. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of Gibraltar.
